Property Search

Search

WELCOME!

Account numbers must include the alphabetic prefix. Example: R310276

Tax lot searches require township, range, and section and all fields must be separated by a dash. Example: 36-05-17-BC-002900-00

If having problems searching by physical address try entering only the number and street name; sometimes less is more. For vacant land with no address try using an asterisk in place of a street number. Example: * Redwood.

The office maintains ownership records, related mailing addresses and property tax maps for all properties within the county. The Assessor’s Office reviews the proposed tax district rates and levies, computes the tax bill for each property, which brings revenue to not only the County itself, but the districts within Curry County (schools, libraries, fire districts, hospital, etc).

The Tax Collector is responsible for collecting all taxes assessed on real and personal property within Curry County, mailing tax statements and notices to property owners and providing distribution amounts for the districts from property tax payments.
